LOUNGE & PUBLIC QUARTERS

The design of the Waterfront Hotel at Maldives is an exercise in simplicity. The hotel’s guests tend to be on the more youthful and casual end, expecting clean and professional accommodations that will not distract them from the alluring sea and beaches that surround the hotel. Closed walls are kept to a minimum with marble stone columns providing support and extensive use of tall windows offering immaculate views. An unfinished ceiling is garnished with large rows of canvas evoking the feeling of lounging in a large avantgarde beachfront tent.
