DESIGN WITH AN EYE TO THE FUTURE

A principal concern of the CEM Macao headquarters was the maximization of available space in designing their new training workhouse facility. Our renovation transformed an ordinary parking lot into a simple and clean multifunctional space for the company’s future engineer workforce. An industrial white monotone scheme, double height walls, and abundance of natural light offer a sense of freedom and inspiration. Partitions composed of steel construction beams and glass bring organization without sacrificing openness. The steel partitions can also serve as part of the foundation for future renovations.
